What can and can't be returned?

  • Eligible for Return/Exchange: Fashion and lifestyle products that are completely unused, unwashed, and free from stains or damage. All original tags, packaging, and any accompanying free gifts must be perfectly intact.
  • Non-Returnable:  Items that fail our quality check (used, damaged, or missing tags) will not be processed.

When do I need to make my request?

  • Returns & Exchanges: You must initiate your request within 3 days of your delivery date.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. Once canceled, we will process an exchange credit within 2 business days.

How do I return my items?

  1. Initiate: Request your return or exchange online.
  2. Hand it over: We facilitate returns through our reverse delivery partners.
  3. Self-Shipping (if needed): If our pick-up service is unavailable in your area, you will need to ship the product directly to a MODNY outlet. Just email a picture of your shipping receipt to info@modny.in.
  4. Updates: We will keep you updated on your exchange status via your registered email and mobile number.

How do refunds and fees work?

  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. These costs (along with original shipping fees) will be deducted from your eligible refund amount. Exception: If we delivered a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
